Kathy is the Office Manager and deals with insurance billing.

Susan started as a patient over 20 years ago. After years of receiving massage, she decided that giving them would be (almost) as rewarding. She attended Lansing Community College and became one of our part-time massage therapists after receiving her Massage Therapy certification in December of 2005. Susan utilizes many techniques in her massage therapy, including but not limited to: relaxation, deep tissue, cupping and myofascial release.

Cindi is a 2004 graduate from Baker College of Owosso. She is certified in Swedish and therapeutic massage. She can also incorporate hot stones into the massage for added relaxation. Cindi has recently begun using cupping for myofascial release. She has been employed at Chiro-Technology since May 2009.

Kelsey is a Certified Massage Therapist. She attended Lansing Community College and graduated from the Therapeutic Massage Program in 2010. Kelsey has a strong knowledge of Swedish massage, deep tissue/trigger point therapy, clinical massage, chair massage, body stretching, range of motion, and joint therapy. She has also studied in reflexology, sports massage, and prenatal massage. She is dedicated to providing quality therapeutic massage and enjoys catering to the wellness of her clients.

Jen assists the office through marketing, human resources, and billing support.
